Tracstar 900 series 2
The McElroy TracStar® 900 Series 2 Auto is a self-contained, selfpropelled, all-terrain fusion machine with an on-board generator for powering the heater. It is hydraulically powered to assist all fusion functions including the operation of the jaws, pipe lifts, heater and facer. The machine is capable of fusing 340mm to 900mm (12” IPS to 36” OD) thermoplastic pipe in accordance with many of the international fusion standards.
Models are available with a clean-burning, near-zero emissions ultra-low sulfur diesel engine and a redesigned cowling that is easily removable for machine maintenance. A second-generation Coach Fusion Control System controls all fusion functions, records joint data and has the ability to upload joint reports from the field to the McElroy DataLogger® Vault™ for storage and analysis. A wireless remote driving control is included. Low-, medium- and high-cylinder force machines are available.
